What Should I Do Until I Meet With GriffithLaw?
In order to properly prepare and get the most out of your free consultation, you should:
- Gather important documents. The best way to prepare for an initial meeting with an attorney is to bring all documents that could be relevant to your case. This can include medical records, communications between you and an insurance company, wage loss statements, and photos of your injuries and the accident scene. The less time it takes for the injury lawyer to understand your case, the more time you will have to discuss potential solutions.
- Download my free book. When you download our injury case guide, you will get information about the proper actions to take after being involved and injured in any type of accident, as well as the actions you should not take. Download the guide here > > > www.tnaccidentbook.com
- Don't post on social media. Insurance adjusters are notorious for finding things people have posted that may hurt their case. It is best to put posting on social media on hold.
- Do not speak with the claims adjuster. Speaking with the claims adjuster is not going to help you can only hurt your case. Please hold off on talking to the adjuster.
- Keep any doctor appointments. Missing doctor appointments is one of the biggest things insurance claims adjusters look for to assert blame to you.
